small towns like st. pierre don't have much to them that gets them placed on a map. but they serve as tourist attractions, where people have come for many years to enjoy the natural beauty of the atlantic ocean and escape their own big city homes. the tourists whisper that the place has a gift, one that allows you to find true love after only a few visits to the town. though the locals all think it's crazy supersitition, even they have to admit that there has been an incease in weddings over the past several years, and though they dare not denounce what the tourists believe about their little town, they think its nothing more than crazy rumour. as long as they don't get caught up in it, things work out fine, right?

so they take each day, one step at a time.
