Appearance:: Stark has bright blonde hair and a contagious smile. His eyes are a bright blue that his mother says he got from the sea itself. He has lean muscles but is pretty light on his feet. The only place that he's faster is in the water. his hair is shaggy and sits at the same spot basically all year long. Stark is about 5"11 and 124 lbs.

Personality:: Stark is a happy and outgoing guy. He tries his best to make people smile and see the good in things. He jokes about everything and tries to at least make one person smile each day. He's extremely loyal to whomever befriends him. That is also one of his flaws. Stark is extremely trusting of people and now with the Stealing, that could be a big problem. In school, he could charm any girl with a flash of his smile. But a smile is just a mask.

Beneath the happiness, is an angry and spiteful person. During work he's thought of at least twenty different ways to take down the Capitol and kill everyone inside of it. He hates the Capitol and the thought of Rebellion is what can put his mind at ease at night.

History::

Stark was born in District 4 to Star and Johnson Anson. He had two brothers--Aden and Damon. Aden was five years older than Stark and would take on jobs and anything he could do to help his father feed the family. Damon, was five years younger than Stark and was the carefree kid. The family was poor, but they managed to survive.

During the days, Stark and Aden would wrestle and try to keep their strength strong--just in case they were ever chosen for the Hunger Games. Their father was likewise worried and when he got home from work, would teach them hand-to-hand combat and how to work with a sword. Unfortunately, they only had one sword that was won from a blacksmith in a poker game. So, they'd have to take turns. Fighting a sword against a stick or hand-to-hand--either way, they had to try.

When Stark was 13, a storm rolled through District 4 while the fishing boats were out. Unfortunately, the storm killed Stark's father. With only Aden to hold the income, Stark went off to get a job. He went to be a fishermen from the Docks. Whatever was caught was sent to the Capitol, but when he could, he'd sneak a fish back for the family. He was trained with a spear, a net, and knowing the fish to eat.

A few months passed and their mother fell tragically ill and killed her in her sleep. Fortunately, by then Aden was 18 and old enough to legally care for the family. Years passed and the three learned how to manage to scrap by. But, that still wasn't enough. Even though it killed him, he went to the Apothecary and asked if he could help at nights. He'd be tired all day, barely getting enough sleep. He'd try as much as he could to keep the family going. To not have to rob Damon of a childhood too and put more stress on Aden.

Still he works both jobs and on nights when he doesn't have to work either the night shift for the Apothecary or at the docks, he tries to fish illegally or teach his brother fighting. It's hard work, but someone had to do it.
