Averie has long beautiful golden blond hair that sparkles in light. It is usually in messy curls that cover her face or pulled back into ponytail. She was stunning blue eyes that often seem to be dreamily distracted and in another far away world. She is quite tall and slender, with a height of 5’7 and weighs 102 pounds. She looks fragile, as if you could snap her like a twig. But from working with the animal, caring giant bales of hay back and forth, Averie gained incredible strength, even though she could never use that strength to harm anything. She never really shows off her natural beauty. She hides behind unflattering jeans and baggy shirts covered with dirt and mud from working with the animals and in the fields. Averie has a delicate and dreamy voice that sounds airy. She has an oval face that is has pale and smooth skin that resembles a porcelain doll. She has nice full lips that are a dark shade of pink. Her face has a sweet and innocent look permanently sketch on her face. Many people compare it to a beautiful doe. Averie enjoys running bare foot in big open fields and just lie down and dream. Meaning that she is almost always covered in mud. While she is still on her farm she never wears shoes, she likes the way the grass feels under toes, meaning her feet and hands are dirty as they could be. Many people tell her that if she just cleaned up, and wore nicer clothes, she would be a total knock out, but doesn’t care what she looks like. She’s comfortable in her skin.
Personality:
Averie is a loving human, unable to harm any living creature. She adores animals, and has a strong connection with them. She can tame and control almost every animal, including the most unstable beasts. It's a strange unexplainable phenomenon. Averie believes she has a deep connection with the world. She believes she can communicate with animals and plants. She can sense their mood and needs and can talk to them. Or at least that's what she thinks. Averie doesn't need proof to believe that things are real. She is very opened minded and serene. She is always drifting in and out of her dream world, never fully in reality. She is always escaping the world and dreaming of the impossible, even though to her, everything is possible. Averie isn't stupid, but she is a little slow. You might have to explain plans to her a couple of times for it to sink in. She is smart in some ways. She knows everything there is to about plants and animal. Her calm demeanour and "conversations" gave her the nickname "Crazy Conyers" even though officially there is nothing mentally wrong with her. Averie would never hurt anything human or animal. She is a very altruistic person. Always putting other peoples needs before hers. Because of her love for animals, she vowed never to touch a piece of meat, or an animal’s products. She's a vegan, which can be a problem sometimes. It’s hard finding vegan products in her district.
History:
Averie was born on a farm. Her family is in farming and butchering business. She was raised to take care of the animals and one day kill them to put food on the table. But things started to change after Averie fell in love with Veronica the cow. As a little child, she would always talk and play with veronica. When her parents told her they were planning to kill her, she refused. and after seeing the cruelty the animals endured she become vegetarian. Her parents respected her choice even though they were angry with her. Who was supposed to keep up the family business? After months of trying to convince Averie to eat meet they caved in, letting her do whatever she wanted. That's when her “senses” kicked in. She began hearing and sensing the animals feelings. Her animals became her best friends. Spending all her free time on the farm, she realized that being vegetarian wasn't enough and vegan wad the only route. Almost every day, Averie gives her parents a lecture on how what they are doing is wrong and she tells them how the animals are feeling. Which droves her parents ballistic, till they are pulling their own hair out. They took Averie to doctors and, psychologist assuming something was wrong with. But they couldn't find anything, telling them that she was just a unique child and she would grow out if it, that it was only a phase. But Averie never did. It was hard making friends. She was the talk of the district, so most people would just stare at her and laugh. Nobody really even bothering to talk to her. But the friends she does have are loyal. So she couldn't be more happy with life. The games disgusted her! How could people kill living, breathing humans like a sport? She could never wrap her head around it. So when the games stopped, she was ecstatic. But when these new games started, it trough of the balance of the eco system, confusing not only Averie but the animals and plants. She should be safe, but nobody these days ever are.
